Reusable cloth menstrual pads or mama pads are a simple and comfortable way to save money and reduce waste. Cloth menstrual pads are simple to wash and much nicer against your skin than plastic and paper disposable pads. Trust me, I won't even use disposable pads anymore!

Happy Heiny's cloth menstrual pads are made with 2 layers of hemp fleece for absorbency. Backed with PUL (polyurethane laminate) for waterproofing and topped with Happy Heiny's custom milled fleece for comfort.

These all now have a longer wing span to prevent bunching.

All of our pads are made with high quality materials consisting of Hemp Fleece 2 layers, custom milled Micro Fleece-next to you, and a single layer of PUL to prevent leaks.
