Twist Fold for Flat Cloth Diapers

Simple and puts absorbency where it is needed most, especially for girls. I use this fold a lot on my daughter and it also contains poop nicely.

Start with the diaper folded in half lengthwise. Spread the diaper in front of you with the narrow end facing you. If needed, fold the front of the diaper in to shorten it to fit the baby.

Turn the front of the diaper over to form a twist at the crotch.

Place baby on the diaper. Pull the diaper up between the baby's legs.

Pull the back edges towards the front and secure with pins or a Snappi.
