We do use an aggregate tracking system that lets us know how many visitors we have and other information that is not personally identifying.

We do not store credit card or other financial information. All online payments are processed through PayPal's secure server and none of your financial information is ever visible to us. For phone orders we transmit the information directly to our credit card processor and do not store it on our computer or server. If you prefer, we do accept money orders mailed with a copy of the order.
