Healthy Eating for Baby
Healthy eating for baby starts from the very beginning. Breastfeeding is best for your baby during the first year or two of life. Successful breastfeeding is easier with the right support and a few helpful products.
As your baby is able to start eating solid food making your own baby food can be as easy as sharing appropriate foods from your own meals.
Healthy eating is a habit. You can help your baby develop healthy eating habits by example as well as by being careful about what you feed your baby. Once a baby develops a taste for unhealthy foods it is much harder to help them to eat right as they grow older.
Feeding baby is easier with the right tools. Babies are ready for solid food at different rates, but it is not a good idea to introduce solids before 6 months. Starting your baby on solids too soon can increase the risk of food allergies. Breastmilk contains all the nutrients your baby needs for the first year of their life.
